Refund Policy

All products and services on herempireera.com are sold by HER EMPIRE ERA LLC ("Her Empire Era", "we", "us").

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries related to payments, invoices and refunds.

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

This 30-day period applies to the most recent payment on a subscription.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and access ends immediately on cancellation.

If you cancel within 30 days of a payment and have made little or no use of the subscription in that billing period, contact us and we will refund that payment.

Email us at support@yourempireconcierge.com with the email address used at checkout and your order or invoice number, and tell us briefly what went wrong.

You may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your purchase and raise a refund request as the Merchant of Record.

We aim to respond to every request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster and more simply, and we would always rather make it right directly.
